I don't know if this is true, but can you catch a Rhyperior? Where and how can you get him? Thanks

You can't catch him, but you can obtain one by catching a Rhydon, equiptiong him with the Protector, trade him and get him back. He should be evolved into a Rhyperior.
I know how , first you need an action replay , then all you have to do is get the Pokemon encounter code. When you do that , holler for the rest of the info.
:=). the encounter code is in the action replay forum of the page , I didn't made the cheat , but I thank whomever did the cheat.
No, you can't catch it.
Get a Rhyhorn/Rhydon, evolve into Rhydon if you haven't already, and get the Protector. When you get that, attach it to Rhydon and trade it.
Protector is found on Route 228.
You can't catch one. You need to make a Rhydon hold a Protector and trade it. It will evolve after the trade
