Question for Pokemon Diamond

I know I'm a new but I have a codebreaker, I couldn't find a A/R anywhere and I don't have a credit card to buy one online but I was wondering if anyone knew or could make a code for one of the following. Oak's Letter or Membership card which ever one it is to get into the harbor inn Or the Azure Pipe I think it is sometimes called the heavenly pipe

Well we can't exactly nake them but a great place to find a code we be the wonderful spot of google.
