It would be impossible to do this. There is no such thing as Mewthree and Pokemon that havent been created yet would be impossible to make due to the game not having the info needed on them (like ability).

There is such thing as mewthree x but you can't get it on diamond it's from Pokemon black caose whitch is a pc hached version of emmrald srry :(
