No. Flash Cannon is based off of Special Attack, not Attack, but Flash Cannnon does lower the Special Defense of you Opponent at times.

Yes since curse raises your attack.

Using the move Curse will increase that pokemons' attack and defense but lowers their speed. And Flash Cannon is a special attack. So the answer is no, because if Flash Cannon were a physical attack, then it's attack would be increased, but since it's not... It won't.

Yes I tried it out on a raticate lv. 52 with my registeel lv. 50. It would obviously because when, lets say a poocheyena uses howl. That raises attack. Then we attack a lets say starly with bte. It would do more damage. Amazing... Sorry like to make fun of people.

Good question, I wish there were more like this. But the answer is sadly no. Curse raises attack and defense while lowering speed, which you knew, but the move flash cannon is under the category of special attack, which is determined by the symbol it is given. Any move that has the red symbol is attack and will be powered up by curse but anything with the blueish purple symbol will not be powered up by curse.

Curse ups attack and defense and lowers speed. Flash Cannon is a special attack therefore Curse does not boost it's power.
