Question for Pokemon Diamond
I have a serouse question?? Please help me with this one.. I heard some one say that you can get a evvee for free from heartrhome city from this one gentelman but I have talked to everyone in heartrhome city but there was no evvee. Where do I find one? Please answer! Thanks!

First you have to have beaten the Pokemon league then you have to go to hearthrome city and go to the house next to the Pokemon center and talk to the girl and she'll give you an eevee.

You have to have the National Dex first. Then talk to Bebe, the PC woman. What you heard was probally how to get him in the trophy Garden. He is there too, but only after the National Dex.

First of all, you get it from a girl. Ahaha.
You need the National Dex, first. Once you do, talk to BEBE, a GIRL, in the house next to the Pokemon Center in Hearthome City.
