Question for Pokemon Diamond

What is a good fourth Pokemon along with Latios, Milotic, and Registeel to use in Battle Tower Double Battles? Don't recommend Regigigas or Heatran, and recommend a Pokemon from the Sinnoh Region or Emerald Version only. Say the Pokemon's name, held items, and moves. Make sure the Pokemon's held item is not Brightpowder, Chesto Berry, or Lum Berry. If my three Pokemon (Latios, Registeel, and Milotic) can improve, say the new Milotic's, Registeel's, or Latios's held item and moves.

My Latios, whenever I am in Double Battles, holds Brightpowder and has the following moves:

Psychic
Dragon Pulse
Thunderbolt
Recover

My Milotic holds Lum Berry and has the following moves:

Hydro Pump
Ice Beam
Double Team
Rest

My Registeel holds Chesto Berry and has the following moves:

Curse
Aerial Ace
Flash Cannon
Rest

Hve you tried a fighting type? You need a Pokemon that can deal with Dark, Steel, Normal, Psychic, Ghost, and Electric types. Try these Pokemon

Blaziken- Holding the Scope Lens, Razor Claw or Quick Claw

Sky Uppercut/Brick Break
Shadow Claw
Earthquake
Bulk Up

Blaziken might not be able to heal like you other members, but he can be a solid sweeper and This particular Blaziken can raise his attack and take out Types you do not have a super effective attack for.

Infernape- Razor Claw or Scope Lens
Close Combat
Earthquake
Shadow Claw
Bulk Up

Same concept as Blaziken, It is just you preferance on the Pokemon.

Gallade- King's Rock, Razor Fang
Close Combat
Night Slash
Earthquake
Swords Dance

If you don't mind a second Psychic type, Gallade would not be too shabby. Sword's Dance Boost his attack while his items allow him to make others flinch. Why would that help? His ability Steadfast raises speed every time an attack causes the opponent to flinch. Steadfast and King's Rock/Razor Fang make good partners since the item makes it possible for all attacks to cause flinching, and Gallade gets a speed boost from it.

Your other Pokemon look good. I would advise caution though if you use Earthquake in a Double Battle. Maybe teach Protect to Milotic or always have Latios out when you use it. Hope my suggestions help.

I would suggest ANY starter Pokemon at or over level 50.
