Tangela learns Ancient Power around Lv.33. Piloswine needs a heart scale to learn it.

Tangela learns Ancientpower at level 33. While Piloswine has to relearn it by giving a heart sacale to the movetutor in Pastoria.

Piloswine-Talk to Move reteacher in Pastoria and choose AncientPower(need Heart Scale)

Tangela learns it at level 33, and you'll have to re-teach it to Piloswine because he learns it at level 1. Get a heart scale underground and go to the move tutor in Pastoria City to re-teach it to him.
