Question for Pokemon Diamond

When is the scientist in Oreburgh Museum to extract Pokemon from fossils, because I have the fossil for Crainidos. Plz answer A.S.A.P!!!

You can talk to the scientist anytime with the fossil. Just leave and make sure you have extra room in your party. Return and he will give you your revived Cranidos.

Walk to the back of the museum and he will be standing next to a girl behind a counter. Give him the fossil, walk out and back in and get your Cranidos

When...? I can tell you where though. You walk through the main door in the museam and keep walking to the main desk. Hes the guy on the right.

Talk to the scientist dude and when he takes the fossil just go outside and come back in and talk to him then he will give you a cranidos
(make sure you have room in you're party for cranidos and make sure befrore yougive him you're egg,that you're egg is in you're mag and not in the explorer kit bag)
