Question for Pokemon Diamond

Can anybody name all of the shiny/rare Pokemon you see in Pokemon diamond without action replay and where you find them. I already have the three mirage Pokemon giratina,dialga,cresselia,leafeon, glaceon, heatran, dusknoir, rhyperior, mamoswine, porygon(but don't no how to get porygon2 or Z), and I think thats all I have. All the answers I get are appriciated and sorry for asking so much! ;)

Gliscor:Level up Gligar @ night, holding the Razor Fang.
Weavile:Same as Gligar to Gliscor, except with Sneasel and the Razor Claw.
Gallade:Use the Dawn Stone on a Male Kirlia.
Froslass:Use the Dawn Stone on a Female Snorunt.
Roserade:Use the Shiny Stone on Roselia.
Togekiss:Use the Shiny Stone on Togetic.
Porygon2,PorygonZ:Trade Porygon with Upgrade[Porygon2]Trade Porygon2 with Dubious Disc.[PorygonZ]
Palkia:Trade from Pearl.
Tangrowth:Level up Tangela with Ancient Power.
Yanmega:Level up Yanma with Ancient Power.
Rotom:Examine the Old Chateau's TV at night.
Ambipom:Level up Aipom with Double Hit.
Magnezone:Level up Magneton in Mt. Coronet.
Lickilicky:Level up Lickitung with Rollout.
Probopass:Level up Nosepass in Mt. Coronet.
Electivire:Trade Electabuzz with Electrizer equipped.

Sorry to say this but Shiny Pokemon are random. You will see them here and there.

For legendaries, there are also Regigigas and Cresselia.
You get Porygon2 by trading your Porygon while holding the Up-Grade, and you get Porygon-Z by trading your Porygon2 while holding the Dubious Disc.

Any Pokemon in the game can be shiny. They each have a like 1/7000 chance of being shiny.

Electrivire- trade Electabuzz while holding the Electrizer
Magmortar- trade Magmar while holding the Magmarizer.

Umm, I'm not sure. There are A LOT of rare Pokemon in the game, including ones in the national dex.
