Question for Pokemon Diamond
I have two questions,
1>Is this normal my friend after getting the national pokedex so exited he flew to battle area and went to route 225 to see kanto Pokemon the first Pokemon he saw rattata normal second fearow normal but the third was a purple mew???? Lv.20
And my friend used a pokeball and caught it when tried running back to the battle park he saw another Mew but it was red.... And finnaly a dialga was there he caught it and when he went to check the pc boxes there were only 2 fearows and 1 rattata WEIRD!!!! Isnt it?
2>I've found at least 20 rare candies not including stealing from my friend (tee hee)dont ask me how but is there any way to get more not including buying them for an outragous price of 48 bp. Thanx

OK, I am just going to say that that is NOT NORMAL!!! Your friend can not go to Kanto in the game, since your friend is still in Shinnoh. Mew is not catchable by legit means in Diamond, or Pearl, unless you happen to have one in the last gen, and migrate it over. That is just weird.
As for your second question, there is not another way unless you cheat or Migrate Pokemon that are holding rare candy. Unless you look in dungons you have not explored yet.

1. Your friend cheated. THAT IS NOT NORMAL. It's good that 2 Fearows and 1 Rattata were caught, that's what he gets for cheating. No question about it. If, in fact, it wasn't from cheating, then his game got infected FROM cheating and in the end, he only caught 3 normal pokemon. HAH, hah, hahahahahaha. =]
2. You can only find like 15 in-game. Rare Candies are found in random places, mainly in caves and later routes in the game.
