Question for Pokemon Diamond
How does regualar old porygon go to porygon2 or do you have to catch it seperatly, cause I need porygon2 and porygon-z to finish my pokedex and I am having trouble thanx ;)

Well it seems you have joined this gen or last, since Porygon2 was around the Second gen. To evolve Porygon, you must give him the Up-Grade and trade him. Them have a friend trade him back. Then equip the Duborius Disk. You trade Porygon2 to your friend again and he should evoolve into PorygonZ. Just make sure your friend will give it back to you.

You give Porygon the Upgrade. Trade it, and it evolves into a Porygon2. Then give Porygon2 the Dubicios Disk. Trade it, and evolves into a Porygon-Z

No, all you need is a Porygon for a Pokemon, and the items Up-Grade and Dubious Disc. Other than that, just have a separate DS and Pokemon D/P game who has the National Dex, and trade the Porygon holding the Up-Grade to evolve him into Porygon2, and then trade the Porygon2 holding the Dubious Disc to evolve him into Porygon-Z.
