Question for Pokemon Diamond
I have a couple of Questions....
Where can I get rare Pokemon like Girantina or that Pokemon that you see on the Island when the sailor's son is sick?
What are all the islands you can go to after you beat the Pokemon leauge? Like full moon.
Should I train my Lucario to level 100?

I don't know where you get giratina. I think you can go to battle island. And you definetly train lucario to lv. 100.

It depends on which ones you want. You must have the National Dex to get them. Girantina is found in Turnback Cave. Cresselia is found on Full Moon Island, but like Mesprit, she will run and be in a random location. Heatran is found on your 2nd trip to Stark Mountain. Regigigas requires the Regis in your team and he is in the SnowPoint Temple. Rotom is found in the TV at night in the Old Cheateau. Arceus, Darkari, Shaymin, and Manaphy are event Pokemon and need special conditions to obtain them. There are walkthroughs on this site that explain how to catch these rare Pokemon.
As for the Island Hopping, only Iron Island and Fullmoon Island are ones you can go to.

I almost forgot, It is your choice on what Lv you want your Lucario, If he is at Lv. 50, you might want him to compete with Lv. 50 Pokemon. I love Lv 50 battling, but if he is above, definitly raise him to Lv. 100.

1. Heatran and Regigigas are the only ones in the National Dex.
Heatran- Go to Stark Mountain and help Buck get to the end. He'll take the treasure and leave, so you leave, too, and fly back to the Survival Area. Go in the house west of the Pokemon center and talk to Buck, and then go BACK to that same room in Stark Mountain and you'll see the level 70 Heatran.
Regigigas- Migrate the 3 Regi's from Ru/Sa/Emerald and go deep in Snowpoint Temple. Talk to the statue and you'll battle the level 70 Regigigas.
2. Just Fullmoon Island [Cresselia] and Newmoon Island [Darkrai]. You need the Membership Pass from cheating or going to a Nintendo Event to get to Newmoon Island, though.
3. If you want to have a strong fighting/steel Pokemon, go ahead and train him to level 100.

I think it's only full moon and I guess iron island but you can go up to stark mountain and get a heatran I caught him at night with my 2nd dusk ball happy catching ;)
