Where are the HM's (hidden machines) waterfall and rock climb?

Waterfall is obtained after the 8th Gym, Jasmine, the 6th gym leader from Johto will give it to you. As for RockClimb, you find it behind the Hiker's house on route 217.

Rock Climb is behind the house on route 216 or 217 and you get waterfall after you beat the eighth gym from Jasmine. P.S.:Jasmine is at the top of Sunyshore and is the steel gym leader of jhoto!

Ok I have water fall and rock climb so I can try to answer this to you. To be able to first get a waterfall you have to beat all eight gym leaders. The last gym leader is in sunny shore city area, so you have to beat sunny shore citys gym leader then you are supposed to go upwards to the sand area where you will see a single girl standing there.she is a old gym leader she is holding the hm waterfall for you. She will say hi oh I see you have beat the gym leaders all of them so she will say I am from the hoen region and she will give you waterfall. I tryed to explain best as I can for that one.. Then to get rock climb you have to go to snowpoints city and go to route 217 and look for the hm rock climb. Hope i helped

HM07 Waterfall- after you've obtained all 8 badges of Sinnoh, talk to Jasmine in Sunnyshore City and she'll give it to you.
HM08 Rock Climb- near a house northwest of Route 217.
