Question for Pokemon Diamond
If I have any of the Eeveelutions (such as an Umbreon), would it have an Eevee egg if I had breeded it with a Ditto? Thanks in advance!

If you breed Umbreon with a ditto, YOu get an Eevee egg. You don't get an Umbreon egg.

Of course it would. It would only be a Ditto egg if you bred two Dittos. Otherwise, it would be the Pokemon that you paired with Ditto.

It's always possible to look for Eevee in the Trophy Garden, and make eggs out of that.

Yes, you can do that with any Eeveelution. You can breed a male Umbreon, or any other Eeveelution, with a female Espeon, or any other Eeveelution, and get an Eevee egg as a result.
