HM04 Strength? You get it from one of the old ladies on the top of Lost Tower, on Route 209.

In the Lost tower. Correct me if i'm wrong but the lost tower is just below Solaceon town...? It is an HM called strength with a power of 80 and Accuracy. 100.

You get it at the Lost Tower.If you want to know how to get there follow these instructions.1.Fly or go to Hearthome City(if that's what it's called).2.Go east until you find a way to a route.3.Follow the route.4.You'll start seeing some trainers and little holes on the ground.5.Go a little up and then you'll see a huge tower.6.Go inside and complete the five floors.7.On the top,there will be 2 old women,the one on the right will give a cleanse tag and the one on the left is the one that gives you HM04,Strength(the one that helps you move rocks).

The HM is HM 04 Strength. You go into The Lost Tower which is just south of Solaceon Town. On the 4th floor there are some old women. One gives you a Clense Tag. The other gives you HM 04.
