Unown are found in the ruins of Solaceon town. The enterance lies to the eastern most part of town.

Once you get to Solceon Town go east and you will find a cave. Go to the bottom of the ruins in the chambers and there will be some there.

Fly to Solaceon Town. Then, go to the northeast corner of Solaceon and follow the path all the way to the right. Jump down a few ledges until you can go to the right some more. And where you end up in front of is the Solaceon Ruins. When you first enter it, you won't run into any wild pokemon. But go in any room from here and you'll run into nothing but Unown.

In Solaceon Town, go to the northeastern part of the town, and go down the ledges, into the cave.

Go to Solaceon Town and go north. Before you get into Route 210, make a right and keep going right until you can't anymore. Go south and over the small ledges near you. There is a split after the two small ledges, take the one on the right. Don't go down the next ledge, instead, make a right and go into the cave. Easy!

Go to Solaceon Town, and go east. Go to the third ledge and jump over it, and enter the Solaceon Ruins. In there is where you can find Unown.
