For Elite Four Lucian what you should do is let your Spiritomb learn a ghost type attack because ghost is effective against phsycic. But on her Bronzong use your Infernape but you should get it a stronger fire move. But for the Champion Cynthia I have no idea what you should do.

I also have diamond. I think the problem is the levels, not the pokemon .my dialga was lvl 77 before I could beat the elite four. Also where is your sixth pokemon!?! A sixth one may help, lol but it is only the levels that are hurting you.

Maybe you need to train more, my Infernape was like Lv.97 when I fought the E4, and when you train, dont be training anything else like putting Exp. Shares on other PKMNs. Just train one at a time!

I had a hard time with it too you need to train your Pokemon to levels late 50s-mid 60s and on bronzong make sure to use a powerful fire move(it will be a bit difficult because bronzong has earthquake). Your team is powerful I'm glad you had dark moves to beat pychic.plus train Diagla more. Here is a tip, go to sunnyshore city and go to route 222 put da vs. seekeron set and go to where there is a tuber boy, and two sailors. mke sure those three are on your screen and press y to battle them many times to raise ur levels or keep battling da pokemon league and this will raise da levels.

I must ask, why did you only list 5 Pokemon? Is your last choice a HM slave? Pressing on. Your team looks pretty good. Their attacks are balanced, your choices are good, but I would give Infernape a better fire attack like Flamethrower (if avalible). Spiritomb looks good as is, as well as Torterra and Drapion. Dialga needs a little adjustment to his moveset, but he should work fine for the E4. Have you considered a good water type with an Ice type attack? For your plates, give Drapion your Icicle plate, Torterra the Earth Plate, Spiritomb the Mind Plate, and Infernape the Fist Plate. Lastly, raise there levels if you are having problems. Items can only take you so far and that Lv. 66 Garchomp is no pushover by any means. Your team is pretty solid for in-game and I rate it a 9 out of ten. I would consider a 6th Pokemon for extra support.

Your major flaw is that you're way under leveled. The moves are fine for an in-game team, so just raise them at Victory Road, which takes forever. :(

Level them up to about lvl 60 to 65 and you might beat Lucian. Also, have many healing items like full restores and max revives.

Ok this is what I did. I was very lazy and I didn't want to train my Pokemon and I don't consider this cheating. I got my Pokemon to lvl 50 and I went to the gts and I kept on trading until I was satisfied. Then I went to the elite four with a lvl 100 gengar a lvl 100 torterra a lvl 79 empoleon a lvl 85 staraptor a lvl 60 dialga and a lvl 78 luxray and I beat them on my first try. But thats what I did and it took about 2 weeks to get all those Pokemon but if you don't want to do that then I suggest you train all your Pokemon to about lvl 70. Good luck.

First train all your Pokemon to at least level 55. Then add a sixth Pokemon and train it to level 55
