Hey whats up where do you get the National Dex? I forgot where the lab is.

The lab is in Sandgem town. Talk to Profersor Rowan, when the Shinnoh dex is complete.

You get the national dex after seeing all sinnoh's Pokemon then fly run ride you're bike or w/e to sandgem town and go to the biggest building to the west or left of the town. The buildings brown. Looks like a huge church.

Once you complete the Sinnoh Pokedex, go to Sandgem Town and talk to Rowan. He or Oak will give you the National Dex.

The lab is left of the Pokemon center in Sandgem Town.

You get the National Dex at Sandgem, just go to Rowan's lab, and if you've seen all 150 Sinnoh Poke'mon, Prof. Oak will come in and give you the National Dex.

I assume you've obtained seen all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. Then, go to Professors Rowan's lab in Sandgem Town.
