How do you get the two people to move from the Pokemon mansion every time I talk to them they say, 'This area is secret' what do I do?

Those are likely game boundaries. The game doesn't want you to go back there.

Nothing. Those areas are blocked off because they have nothing important. If you cheat to get in, there's a possibility your game can get infected because you're not supposed to go in there.
