Question for Pokemon Diamond
Can you get Deoxis in diamond version? If you can, can someone explain in details to me how.

You cannot get Deoxys in-game, and not even from a Nintendo Event, in D/P.
The only way to get Deoxys is to cheat, or to transfer him from FR/LG/Emerald.
And in those games, the only way to get Deoxys is by cheating or going to a Nintendo Event.

If you have deoxis in gba games you can use pal park or you can use an action replay but if your don't have it in ruby, ect. You have to cheat or use gtc

No, you can't. You can only get Deoxis in Emerald Version for Gameboy Advanced/SP. Transport it to your game. Note: You can not get your poke'mon back to the GBA game once they are sent. (Pal Park)

You need to migrate him from leafgreen/firered/ sapphire/ruby/emerald
After you beat the game and get the national pokedex at the pal park

To get Deoxys in Diamond you have to either use the action replay code or if you want to do it the hard way you have to trade from R/S/E or FRLG via the PalPark. To change it's form once you have it, you can talk to one of the meteors in Veilstone City with it in your party.

Yes you can but you can only bring it to diamond if you have a deoxys on a GBA Pokemon game. Meaning you must have deoxys on emerald or any other. You also must have the national dex in diamond to unlock pal park which is the place where you can get deoxys.

I have never seen it, I don't think they made crystal first therefore it will not be in.

The answer lies in the previous Generation. You must transfer Deoxys from Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen, or Emerald to pal park.
