Question for Pokemon Diamond
Can someone list some good, speedy Ice Types?(Besides Weavile; double weakness to fighting, no good sp. Attack...no, just no.)

Well, Weavile is good for Attack, but alright.
Although not speedy, Lapras served well in Third Generation competitive play.
Again, not speedy, but Abomasnow. Jynx did great with annoying. Sweet Kiss, Calm Mind, Psychic and Ice Beam owned.
Even Froslass could do something.

Weavile/Sneasel are the fastest ice Pokemon in-game.
But Froslass is pretty fast. Not as fast, but decent.
