Ehtier this w8 till arceus event comes out and use it on him the other 2 are easy. Choice 2 you can throw your master ball on a rare shiny pokemon

Well, I never used my Masterball...
My opinion is use it for Cressilia, or Mesprit, because they run away, and they are HELL to catch. Took me like 103 Ultraballs to get them both.
