OK,I Already Have The National Dex But When I Try To Examine The Picture In The Old Chateu The Red Eyes Disapear.Is It A Pokemon?Or Are They Just Haunting You?

First of all, don't start every word with capital letters. To answer your question, just put any Pokemon game for the GBA (FR,LG,E,Ru,Sa) in the GBA slot and walk up to the picture. You will be able to fight a Gengar

The painting is just to add life in the game. But also, if you insert a FR in your DS, a Gengar can rarely be found in that room, and only that room.
