Question for Pokemon Diamond
Where in Iron Island(and when, if there is a certain time)do you find the egg for Riolu? Do you get it before you face the Pokemon League?

It's possible. You get it from Riley.
To get to Riley, just go down the right set of stairs when you enter. From there, go all the way south and go down the lift. Then, go down the left set of stairs. You'll meet up with Riley, and if you help him get to the end of that room and beat Team Galactic, he'll give you the Riolu Egg, but you need an extra slot in your party for him. Otherwise, you'll have to make room for him and come back.

Yes. You first need to take Riley through the entire cave, until you defeat the Galactic Grunts at the end. After that, he gives you the Riolu Egg, if you have the space in your party for it.

In canalave city there is a sailor who will take you to Iron Island. Go through the mountain and you'll come across a guy in blue who accompanies you. As soon as you beat the two team Galacic members he'll give you the Riolu egg if you have a slot open in your party. you can get the egg as soon as you get to Canalave really.

Go in and you will find someone named Riley. He will join up with you as you fight your way through the cave. Once you beat a couple of Grunts by an elevator and he will give you the egg. He will battle with a Lucario

You can get it(I believe) when you first reach Canalave City. Talk to the sailor and he will take you there. Riley is somewhere in the cavern.

There is no certain time you can obtain it any time all you have to do is find your way through the inards of iron island and find Riley then help him and when you finish helping him if you have no 6th pkmn in youyr crew he will give you a rioulu egg and if you don't you can simply come back anytime to reteive it with a free slot open in your team and yes you can obtain it before facing the elite 4

You get it in iron island after you get the sixth badge you will help a guy out and he will give it to you
