Wormadam-A beauty on 214 has one
Drifloon-Valley Windworks every Friday or one of the trainers in the Hearthome Gym

Wormadam: from a beauty on route 214.
Drifloon: multiple trainers in the Hearthome gym, but also in front of the Valley Windworks every Friday.

Wormadam - On Route 214, a Beauty has one.
Drifloon - Balley Windworks on Friday, or a trainer in the Hearthome Gym, if you got the questions wrong on purpose.

Yes there is the drifloon you can find at the vally winworks(friday only)or somone in the 5th gym(ghost gym battle all trainers)
And womadam is a lady trainer the route under veilstone city and there you have it
