I already answered a question similar to this...
Make the Pokemon hold a soothe bell. Give them berries, and status uppers. If possible, use rare candies. You can check their happiness on your Team Happiness checker on your poketch. Just click the Pokemon and hold down, and if you see 2 BIG hearts, then they like you to the max.

Give them vitamins, keep them with you, battle with them a lot and don't let it faint, or let it have the Soothe Bell.
