Hey, I have an oval stone and a lv.27 happiny, but it won't evolve. it is my level? What's wrong?

You need to get it friendly with you (With the two big hearts). Then use it on it, and it should evolve.

You have to give/hold a happiny the oval stone & level it up 1 then it will evolve.
p.s make sure it holds it only one time when it levels up or else chansey(the evolve of happiny) evolves into a blissey.

Your Happiny needs to like you a lot, and be levelled up while holding the Oval Stone.

Give it the Oval Stone, and make it happy with you, check the Happiness Radar on the Pok� Watch. When that has Two Giant Hearts, Level it up, with the Oval Stone. Then, you should get your Chansey.
