1. Either talk to Bebe, or put your Eevee in Day Care with a Ditto and hatch the egg to get another Eevee.

2. The baby will always be the female Pokemon unless you are breeding a male with Ditto then it will be the male

Ok, if you've beaten the game and have a ditto on one of the past game boy advance games, you can use pal park to get the ditto. Put them in the daycare and viola.

If you haven't or don't have the past games, you need to look in the back of the Pokemon mansion. It may take a while but it would be the only other way unless that's where you found him. If you found him there, then all you need to do is go to Bebe and she'll give you one (I'm not completely certain she'll give you a female though..)

2. You get an egg. That egg after miles and miles of walking hatches int a male or female. It is completely random.

1) By breeding with a Ditto. (You can catch at Route 218, use PokeRadar)

2) Its random, but it depends on what percentage it can be male or female.
Ex: Lets say getting a boy Chimchar is 76%, while getting a female is 23%. Your more likely to get a boy then a girl. I figure that it will most likely bee a girl Eevee though.

1.U could etheir migrate more eevee from a previous Pokemon game or catch some behind the Pokemon Mansion after you get the National Dex.(Save before you talk to the Owner of the Pokemon mansion & answer yes too both of his questions.If he says a cute eyed eevee gave him a big smooch or whatever.There will also be some other Pokemon you could catch out there like bonsly,porygon,azuril,eevee,clefa and more! But you can only do this once a day so save before you talk to him.

P.S you could envolve eevee into whatever you want and still get an eevee egg from the day care man outside.(But remember that it needs to be a male & a female.)

2. You mean "is the baby the female"? When you breed a female with a compatitive male, the baby is going to be the female Pokemon with 2 or more of the male's moves in his moveset. In this case, the baby is most likely to be a female, but it can be male, whereas some are only male and female, but if you breed the pokemon with a Ditto, the baby is going to be same gender as the pokemon that's not Ditto, unless you breed a Ditto with a Ditto... Which is really stupid.
