You need to restart the game if you want to re-battle them.

You first have to beat the elite 4 then you have to trade all three regis and go to the snow point temple thats how you catch regigigas. To catch giritina you have to get the national dex then go to veilstone city and go down then when you go down you'll see a path way that wasn't there before go through a patch of grass then use rock climb go left then up go right then use rock climb again and go in the cave once your in the cave keep going strait don't take any turns just keep going strait use rock smash all the way and eventually you'll get to garitina.

As of right now, no one has made that code to re-battle Regigigas and Giratina, but you can use the Wild Pokemon Modifier. Here is the code:

What you do is:
1:Activate this code.
2:Press L+R when your game starts.
3:Look in your bag and there should be 493 masterballs in your BAG.
4:To get a Pokemon, discard the masterballs to where the number of masterballs matches the Pokemon's national dex number. For example, to get Dialga, you would discard 10 masterballs to get 483.
5:Press L when you have the number you want and walk in any grass, water, or cave.

You can't really battle them again. You should have saved in front of them if you made them faint. Sorry!

Why not just save before you battled them in the first place?
Look it up in the AR section on this site, or on other sites, or just google it. Okay? If you don't find it, maybe it doesn't exist.

Yeah.
Start a new game and battle them again, WHILE SAVING BEFORE YOU BATTLE THEM!
