Darkrai: obtain the membership card by cheating or going to a nintendo event and go to Harbor Inn in Canalave City, and obtain the item and show it to Sailor Eldrich, and he'll take you to Newmoon Island where the level 40 Darkrai resides.
Arceus: obtain the azura flute/heaven's pipe by cheating or going to a nintendo event and go to the top of Mt. Coronet [Spear Pillar] and go where you originally fought Dialga, and use the azura flute/heaven's pipe. Go up the stairs and battle the level 80 Arceus.

Both are Nintendo exclusive events; or you could use AR codes
Acreas- After getting an Azure Flute from Mystery Gift, go back to where you found and caught Dailga, and it will ask you if you want to play it. Say yes, and a crystal staircase will appear, go up and you'll battle it.
Darkrai- Go to Canalave City, then go to the Harbor Inn. If you put in the code right, it should unlock, and you go asleep. In your dream, you fight Darkrai, and can't escape until you catch it or beat it.

Darkrai: Get the Membership Card, by of course, cheating devices, or going to a Nintendo Event. You need to go to the Harbor Inn in Canalave City, then show the item from Sailor Eldirch. Now, you can be taken to Newmoon Island, where you will find the Level 40 Darkrai.
Arceus: Pbtain the Azure Flute, also known as Heaven's Pipe, by of course, cheating or going to Nintendo Events. Go to the top of Mt.Coronet, and where you found Dialga and Palkia, Spear Pillar. A drop of stairs will come down, and there at the top resides Arceus, at Level 80.

Either get the ar and walk through wall cheats and the encounter cheat or go to the 10tn movie givaway
