Finally, a DIFFERENT question that has nothing to do with cheating!!
Go to the Oreburgh Mining Museum and talk to the guy behind the counter. You'll need an extra slot open in your team for the Pokemon revived from the fossil.

Ok to revive fossils, go to Oregbough City, and head into the museum where they have all the coal. Talk to the scientist at the counter, and he'll say that he is working on an experiment to revive Pokemon from fossils. If you have it in your items case, he'll take it, and tell you to leave. Walk out, then walk back in, talk to him again, and he should give you the Pokemon in the fossil.

Onece you get a fossil you go to the Oreburgh Museam. When you get there go to the counter and the man says I make fossils into pokemon. Give himthe fossil go out side bake inside and he gives you a cranidos first evoulsion of Ramporidos

1 Go to Oreburgh City.
2 Go to the Mining Museum,which is above the Pokemon center.
3 Talk to the guy at the desk.
4 Go to the Pokemon center.
5 Make sure there are less then six Pokemon in your party.
6 Then go back to the guy at the desk(at the mining museum)and he will give you a Pokemon.

Go to Oreburgh City and go to the fossil museum, you can revive your fossil's there.

You can revive fossils into Pokemon in the large white building in Orebrough city. There will be a man behind the counter who will ask you about your fossils say yes. Then he will tell you to leave. Walk out and then walk back in and talk to him and he will give you your revived Pokemon.
