Walk around with it on your party and it is faster if you have fire Pokemon above it

Well, first of all, have them in your team with strong Pokemon, and they'll hatch. It'll take half the amount of steps for them to hatch if you have a Pokemon with the magma armor ability or something.

Reset the pokeapp that counts how man steps you took walk 11000 steps or less.
If your really impatient then have a fire type on top.
