Question for Pokemon Diamond
Can anyone please tell me the program that is being used to create Pokemon for action replay. Like to create a Vaporeon with Max stats.

People that enjoy finding programs that hack. Just google it if you're that desperate, which I'll hit you with a taco for, because hacking is stupid and takes the fun out of the game.
