Question for Pokemon Diamond

Ok I have a couple of questions.

1)When should evolve my Kirlia into a Gallade?(I hope I spelled that right)

2)What other Pokemon evolve from a dawn stone and is there another dawn stone?

3)what Pokemon evolve from a shiny stone?

Snorunt(female) into Froslass-I'm not sure
The only one that I can think of is Roselia into Roserade

1. After you get it to learn the attacks you want,its your choice
2. Snorunt and at mt. Cornet 1 floor
3. Togetic and Roselia

1) At Level 35 I guess. It's up to you.
2) Snorunt to Frosslass, that's pretty much it I think.

1. Well, Gallade learns all the good moves, I think. Evolve Kirlia BEFORE level 25, then have Gallade learn Sword Dance at level 25 and Psycho Cut at level 31, and then re-teach him Leaf Blade and Night Slash. That's a good Gallade moveset, that's what mine is, at least.

2. Just a female Snorunt into Froslass. You can sometimes pick up Dawn Stones with a Pokemon that knows the pickup abilitiy.

3. Just from Roselia into Roserade.
