To get more master balls you could migrate a Pokemon from fr/lg/r/s/e that is holding one or on diamond you could test your look at the lottry in the tv station in jubilife city. But some dusk balls will help with regigigas and giratina. And for cresselia what I did was catch a golbat evolve it to crobat and have it use mean look. In stead of chasing cresselia let it come to you by just changing routes at jubilife for example! I no how you feel I accidently used mine on uxie!!

Right you are making a mountain out of a mole hill, for regigigas and gratina you don't need to use a master ball, I used mine on mesprit as well, but regigigas and gratina you could just use dusk balls but just use a weaker move to lower their hp, also for cresselia you should try importing a master ball from an old game like either ruby, saphire, fire red, or leaf green, or if you have them get one from each of them if you're that desperate but you shouldn't be just use dusk balls just try catching them at night as well as being in the cave they will work even better then

First of all, go out and buy something to catch him with!

For all the legendaries, besides Cresselia, you can use dusk balls whenever, seen as how it's all indoors and in dark places.

I'd catch Cresselia using dusk balls at night.

And that's all there is to it; it could help if you put the Pokemon to sleep, and have their health in the red zone, and then start chucking out dusk balls.

Go buy some stuff to catch them with, Dusk Balls prefered because most of them are in caves and stuff, Cresselia should also use Dusk Balls if you're going at night, or just weaken it then throw Quick Balls.

Really, all there is, luck is what's really going to help, except you need to try and use Status Conditions to make the fight easier.

Oh, for-

You don't need loads of Masterballs. Cresselia is easy to catch if you stay in one area and keep switching routes until it's on your route. Then get it's heath into red and throw Ultraballs or Quickballs at it. If your going hunting for it at night, use Duskballs because they have a 4x capture rate at night or in a cave. It's easy. I caught it in about 6 turns in an Ultraball in the daytime.

For Giratina, go and buy a lot of Duskballs, for crying out pies! It's easy to get back through the cave. If you keep on killing it, use different moves. Try moves that aren't super effective so you can get it's HP down slowly but carefully. Then have a Duskball throwing frenzy.

Regigigas is in Snowpoint Temple, which should be classed as a cave, so use Duskballs on it.

If by 'the other ones' you mean Shaymin and Darkrai, then here:

Shaymin should be super easy because it's Lv. 30, so just use Ultraballs. Darkrai is Lv. 40, so he should be easy as well. Just make sure you use something with the Insomnia ability to weaken it, just to be on the safe side.

Arceus, I don't know. At Lv. 80 it could probably do a lot of destroying. Just bring a high levelled Pokemon at night to catch it and throw Duskballs like mad.

If you cheat to get Masterballs, I'll come to you house and rip your hair out.
