Insert Pokemon LeafGreen into the GBA slot of your Nintendo DS, then choose to play Pokemon diamond. Along with some others, you can now find Magby, who shall now randomly be holding the item Magmarizer. Evolve your Magby into Magmar, then attach the Magmarizer to Magmar, and trade it to a friend. Then, trade back, and you are now a Magmortar owner. Also, Magby can be found, I believe, in Stark Mountain.

Magmarizer. You rarely find them on wild Magby, which requires you to look on route 227 or in Stark Mountain with a LG in your GBA slot in the DS. You can apparently find them on Magby more commonly in Pearl, but I can't verify that.

You have to have leafgreen in the gba slot and then you look at the volcano inside the cave. When you find a magby use theif or catch it. If you're lucky you'll have a magmabooster.
