How do I get to route 244?

Question for Pokemon Diamond
How do I get to route 244? I need to get a duskull and evolve it so I can give the duskull the reaper cloth so it can evolve. I know it's next to the Pokemon league but I have no clue how to get back there. Also, there was a swarm at route 224, but I couldnt get there. Can someone PLEASE tell me how to get back there? I've surfed all over, flew every which way, and then I went through victory road and I still can't find it!

Mhm... Did you obtain the National Dex? If you didn't, you have to do that, first. And if you've been through Victory Road, then you should have come across a cave, in which you'll have to help a girl through to the other end. Something tells me you didn't look good enough, or you just took it for granted that you looked all over Victory Road before, and you just didn't feel like looking again. But I can't judge anything. Anyway...
Fly to the Pokemon League and go down the waterfall and in the entrance there. Go south, and then west and right after you pass an old man, go up the stairs, across the bridge, and you'll come across a cave. Go in there, help the girl get to the other end, go through that cave and go up and exit the cave, and you're on route 224.

Go to the League and go back DOWN the Waterfall, enter Victory Road and remember where that stupid guy was? He's gone, and you can get through, with a Partner. She uses a(n) Arcanine.

I've seen a man blocking a route near the end of Victory Road, and I think he moves after you beat the Elite Four and I think that's the way to route 224.

First, you need to have the National dex. After that, you need to enter the Victory Road (from the end). Start walking toward the bridge and when you reach it, go to the right. There's an enter that was blocked by a man before you beat the champion. Enter it and you'll meet a girl that you walk with her all over that big room of the cave, and in the end she'll go and you get out to route 224.
