Well, I forgot who, but one of the commanders take over, and Cyrus just disappears forever. You'll never encounter them again once you've fought Dialga, unless you talk to the remaining Galactic Members in their HQ in Veilstone.

At the end commander Mars, Jupiter, and Cyrus disapear, and Saturn is left with Galatic, but doesn't know what to do with the remains of the gang.

I'm guessing they disperse and never come back again, but I'm not really sure.
Haven't visited the warehouse or HQ for a while, and I definitely know they're not lurking around anywhere anymore.

Yea they were alking around me and they were like some guy just defeated diagla
And they challenged me and I owned them so I took and a knife and slit the captains throats then I took a rocket laucher and put knives in it and killed cyrus
