Hi! I am new here and I would like to ask a questions.
1. Where and how can you catch Feebas, Munchlax, and Arceus?

1a. Feebas is in Mt.Coronet, on Four Random "tiles," those things you can surf on, walk on, etc. You need to fish on one of them and pray Feebas is there.
1b. Sweet Honey Trees.
1c. Arceus is gained by going back where you fought Dialga and using the Heaven's Pipe, Azure Flute, whatever it's called. You'll go into Heaven and fight Arceus, at Level 80. To get that said item, Cheating Devices, or Nintendo Events.

Feebas, unfortunately, requires you to obtain the National Dex so you can obtain the Super Rod. So, do that, and obtain the Super Rod in the northeastern Fight Area, which is only accessible after you've beaten the E4. And then, go in the most northern area of Mt. Coronet where there's this huge open room with water in most of it. Use a super rod there, and only if you're very lucky will you encounter a Feebas. He's really rare, but I must say, at least he's nothing like in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. >.<
Munchlax can be found on Sweet Honey trees. Sorry, I don't know how much honey to put on them, though...
Arceus is an Event Pokemon. You need mystery gift and going to a Nintendo Event, or you can just cheat, to obtain the Azura Flute. With the Azura Flute, go to the top of Mt. Coronet, in Spear Pillar, and use the Azura Flute right where you originally fought Dialga. Go up the stairs, and battle the level 80 Arceus, and be prepared.

Feebas- A random water area in Mt. Coronet/ Pal Park/ GTS
Munchlax- Put honey on a honey tree (Munchlax is the rarest Pokemon obtained this way, it could take many tries)/ Breed Snorlax holding full incense/ GTS
Arceus- Go to peak of Mt. Coronet and play Azure Flute (Obtained at future Nintendo Event)/ Action Replay code "Arceus Event", follow normal instructions

For Feebas it's in a pond in MT. Cornet
Munchlax is in route 224, to get him, there's a Honey tree, if your lucky, check and he'll appear.
Arceus is in spear pillar, ((once again, another rip-off) you need to go to a special event and obtain a Azure Flute. Use it on the the block with a triangle and stairs will appear, go up them and you will see him at level 80.

You can also get munchlax by breeded a Snorlax holding a Full Incese.
