Question for Pokemon Diamond

I know this is a dumb question I really want a Elekid and I have fire red inserted in gba cartage and it says route 204,power plant what does it meen by power plant?

By power plant they actually mean Valley Windworks. I Found This out by going to the Valley Windworks to catch a Pachirusou but I ran into an elekid. PS:You Have to have Pokemon Firered inserted.

When it says power plant it means the valley windworks, I was confused on that too. If you don't know where it is it's above route 204 to the next city and then to the right. You have to have the national pokedex to even find Elekid. If you have it, it'll take a while to find one. It took me a little less than 10 minutes.
