Question for Pokemon Diamond

Umm, I think THINK they're called effort values but they are the things that increase your Pokemon's stats when it levels up like this:

HP +3 <
ATTACK +2 <
DEFENSE +1 <
SP.ATK +4 < These numbers here
SP.DEF +2 <
SPEED +1 <

Can someone make a cheat where they go up high every time like +5 or +6 because that REAAAAAALLY long cheat posted by someone whose name I don't recall doesnt work! My legendary Pokemon have some pathetically {By pathetic I mean pathetic for a legendary} low stats. Thank you!

Yeah, they're called Effort Values, four in a stat will give you +1 when you Level Up.

Google the code, or go to Serebii.net and get what Pokmon gives you certain effort points, so you can increase a certain stat go up faster.
