Question for Pokemon Diamond
Ok I need to know where to get a high leveled Pokemon with good speed that has an ability that keeps Pokemon from fleeing 'cause I'm stuck on cresselia and I can't get it.so plz,just answer the question with nothing extra 'cause I need a quick answer.

Catch a Medicham wherever and trade it with a girl in Snowpoint City for a Haunter. You won't get a Gengar =[ But Haunter actually has decent speed. Just reteach him mean look and hypnosis, if necessary. Have him know a ghost move, also, just for a STAB and Cresselia's weakness, and a dark move for back-up.
If necessary, level up your Haunter and use carbos on him until he can't take anymore.
And buy at least 50 dusk balls.
1. Make sure it is night. SAVE YOUR GAME!!
2. Get in battle with Cresselia and use mean look.
3. Then use your ghost move.
4. If Cresselia's health is in the green zone, attack with the ghost move again. If her health is in the yellow zone, attack with the dark move. If her health is in the red zone, use hypnosis.
5. Then start using dusk balls!
6. If Cresselia wakes up, use hypnosis again.
7. Start throwing dusk balls again.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 until you catch Cresselia.
Since using dusk balls at night on a Pokemon has 4x the chance of catching them, Cresselia will be a little more easier to catch, but she's still a pain...

Just catch a wobuffet. It's ability doesn't allow Pokemon to run away. Or make a crobat and teach it mean look.

I caught mine with a quick ball but you can get a golbat that know mean look (hypnosis will really help too, maybe confuse ray just dont kill it with its confusion hurting itself)and make it hold the quick claw use mean look and weaken it, throw a ball and hope it works
