Their really is no best nature, each Pokemon has their own individual stats. For example, if you had a latios, his special attack and speed is higher than his attack, so a timid (-attck + speed)or a modest (-attck + sp attck) nature is best to take advantage of his already high stats.

There is no best nature. Each Pok�mon are unique to a stat or two. Espeon boasts Special Attack and Speed, so why not try and get a Modest Espeon?

I think I like this because it is hard to know all of this when your trying to ev train.

It depends how you raise the Pokemon as well like with lots of friendliness, nature, what moves it has. So I hope this helped you out

That is really depends on what you like level up more or what you don't mind lowering example brave ups attack but dosnt raise speed fast as attack. But I find the best natures are these hardy,docile, bashful, and quirky because they will depend on how you raise the pokemon

you need to choice some of those, for me i will choice the brave nature because the speed is not more importante than defense and sp.defense.(sorry for my bad english)

I think mild is the best. All my Pokemon have wonder guard so I don't really need defense
