Question for Pokemon Diamond
How do you get Darkia in Pokemon diamond? Can you do it without cheats?
Also how do you get Shayman? And where would you find him?

Both of them require going to a Nintendo Event, or cheating.
Darkrai: Membership Pass from Nintendo Event/cheating. Go in the hotel in Canalave City. Obtain the item when you "wake up" and show it to the sailor at the Canalave Port. He'll take you to the island where Darkrai is.
*NOTE* A little foreshadowing about Darkrai from the sailor's sons' nightmare.
Shaymin: Oak's Letter from Nintendo Event/cheating. Go to the end of route 224, and there should be a route extended from where that white rock was. At the end of that route should be Shaymin.
*NOTE* A little foreshadowing about Shaymin from that girl you helped in Victory Road in the little cave that lead to route 224.

Darkrai: Obtain the Membership Pass from a Nintendo Event, or a cheating device. Go to Canalave City and obtain this item when you Wake up. Show it to the Sailor at the Port and you should then go to the Island and be able to catch Darkrai.
Shaymin: You need to obtain Oak's Letter again from a Nintendo Event, or a cheating device. Go to Route 224, the end of it and there should be an extended Route from where this stupid White rock was. You'll go through a flower field, and the end of that flower field is Shaymin.
