Reaper Cloth - Route 229 and Turnback Cave.
Razor Claw - Battle Area
Protector - Route 228.

Dubious Disc: on Route 225.
Reaper Cloth: on Route 229 and there's a chance that it will turn up in Turnback Cave in Giratina's spot once you defeated/captured him.
Razor Claw: in the Battle Area.
Protector: on Route 228.
