Combee is found from an aroma lady on route 208.

And Drifloon can only be found from trainers in the Hearthome Gym. Other than that, on Fridays, one can be found in front of the Valley Windworks.

To get a combee, simply go to floaroma town and in the northwest corner there is a passageway. If you enter here you should find yourself in a meadow, slather honey on the tree in there, if you don't have any, simply buy it from the man in there for 100 pokedollars, combee should show up in a few hours or so.
To get driftloon he will be in front of the valley windworks on friday.

An Aroma Lady on Route 208 has a Combee. Otherwise, Sweet Honey Trees if you WANT one of your own.

Drifloon can be found in the Hearthome Gym if you get the questions wrong. I did that on purpose just so I can get some more training in. Anyway, if you already missed that, then go to Valley Windworks on a Friday and you can catch a Drifloon.
