1. On the 3rd floor in the Jubilife TV Station, talk to the guy that talks about watching TV, and asks you 2 questions. For the first one, answer with "Everyone Happy" and for the second one, answer with "WiFi Connection". He'll give you Mystery Gift, yada yada.
2. A Nintendo Event is not an in-game event. You have to wherever and whenever the Nintendo Event is, found on pokemon.com. However, there are currently only events in Japan.
1.Jubilife TV station, on the third floor, talk to one of the men there.
2.In most anywhere not Japan, if you want to get them legit, you can't until one comes to your area. However, if you really need them badly, you can use an Action Replay or Game Shark; I'm using my friends Action Replay to get Shaymin. Woohoo!
1) Go to Jubilife City and go tot he Jubilife TV Station. Talk to this guy that seems to enjoy talking about TV, he'll ask you two questions. The first one, answer "Everyone Happy." Then answer, "WiFi Connection." He should then give you access to use Mystery Gift.
2) A Nintendo Event is a Event sponsored by Nintendo, it's not in-game. You have to find where it is, but I really doubt you'll find one in the U.S or Canada. You can find updates on this by looking on Pokemon.com. Currently in Japan, is where all the Nintendo Events are being held.
