1. Go to a Nintendo Event, but at the moment, there is nothing in the United States, Canada, or any country in the world, besides Japan.
2. Go to the Menu and press Mystery Gift. O_O.

1.Darkria you get him by two ways, and there are only two ways. The first way is an actionreplay. The second way is to go to a Pokemon convention in new york citie,sanfransico,and last but not least Japan.
