Most of the ones that you said you will have to evlove it from the pre-evloved form of it.

Magnezone: Train Magneton in Mt. Coronet.
Lickilicky: Have Lickitung know Rollout, and if you keep that move in your moveset and you train him, he should evolve into a Lickilicky.
Rhyperior: Trade your Rhydon while it is holding the Protector.
Tangrowth: Have Tangela know Ancient Power, and if you keep that in your moveset and you train him, he should evolve into a Tangrowth.
Electivire: Trade your Electabuzz while it is holding the Electrizer.
Magmortar: Trade your Magmar while it is holding the Magmarizer.
Togekiss: Give your Togetic a Shiny Stone.
Yanmega: Have Yanma know Ancient Power, and if you keep that in your moveset and you train him, he should evolve into a Yanmega.
Leafeon: Have your Eevee like you to the max, and train him up one level at Moss Rock in Eterna Forest.
Glaceon: Have your Eevee like you to the max, and train him up one level at Ice Rock on route 217.

Magnezone - Level up Magneton at Tengan Mountain. I think that's Stark Mountain in English.
Lickilicky - Level up Lickitung while it knows Rollout.
Rhyperior - Trade Rhydon while it's holding a Protector, found on Route 227.
Tangrowth - Level up Tangela while it knows Ancient Power.
Electivire - Trade a Electabuzz while it's holding a Elekibooster, which you can get from Wild Elekid.
Magmortar - Trade a Magmar while it's holding a Magmabooster, which you can get from Wild Magby.
Togekiss - Use a Shiny Stone on Togetic.
Yanmega - Level up Yanma while it knows Ancient Power.
Leafeon - Level up Eevee around that Grassy Rock (known as Moss Rock) in Eterna Forest.
Glaceon - Level up Eevee around that Icy Rock (known as Ice Rock) on the way to Snowpoint City.
