Question for Pokemon Diamond
How do you catch mesprit? I talked to him, he ran, and I got the marking map. Every time I walk and get close to him he runs away again. Help please ASAP!!!!

Mesprit is pretty difficult. Try to box him in an arean that he has to come back out of.

Theres a trick to catching mespirt but it takes time. You have to be on a route next to a route then walking from route to the next route then back untill he goes on your route the same time you go on that route.

Stand in-between two routes. When you keep walking back and forth, Mespirit will change eventually, when Mespirit comes to you, weaken it until it's fairly low, then give it a Status Condition. Next, throw some Quick Balls at it.
